Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 6 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 21.90 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children from 13 to 15 years are charged EUR 24.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
